identifying wasps

If I could give more than 5 stars to Jason at HomeShield Pest Control, he is deserving of it!!! A difficult job of diagnosis to determine mostly nocturnal "scratching" noises from the attic/roof area. Between Jason and Tevita, they came out 8-12 times to try to solve this rat riddle. Jason was kind enough to place two of my Blink cameras in the attic area of concern. There were no droppings to be found in the attic and with 6-8 perimeter traps outside, no evidence of these critters. As it turns out, the noises were coming from either rats &/or birds walking on the roof after having a roofer come out. Jason critically listened and was especially patient through this frustrating process. My highest recommendation for Jason and his team!
