Our Story

Ian Morgan, the founder of HomeShield, had a dream of owning a company one day. Early on in his career he worked for another pest control company and saw that his ideas could really make a difference. He wanted to change the pest control industry for the better, so he got to work. In 2009, he started HomeShield Pest Control out of his parent’s garage.

After over 15 years of hard work and consistently listening to our customers, the company has grown to be what it is today: a company focused on creating peace of mind, making people happy, and genuinely caring for those it serves.

This has now become our mission: not to become the biggest pest control company, but to be the best pest control company. A company that is carving out its own space in this industry by:

Using the safest products
Offering the highest quality treatments by allowing service professionals more time with each customer
Focusing less on earnings and more on truly caring about the customer and solving their problems

We are in business every day to create happiness and peace of mind. These are the principles on which we built our company, and this is what continues to drive us today.
